Have you been recently engaged? Congratulations! Weddings are beautiful and exciting but so is your marriage! Marriage is one of the most important institutions that God has given human kind. Sadly, marriage is not taken very seriously in our culture anymore. Weddings are not as important as your marriage. I want to encourage you to put in as much effort and excitement into your marriage as you do planning your wedding. Marriage takes work, much attention, communication, and compromise. Both parties need to work at this. I want to also encourage you to find a church if you don’t have one already. Couples that go to church are 47 percent less likely to divorce. 47 percent! Your beach wedding will be beautiful and that is our job. Your marriage can be beautiful too and that is your job.
